Personal contact was very good. The product was done beautifully and delivered without a problem.
The only negative was this: I had to stop entering my initial order information before I had finished my credit card details. Someone at your end tried to process my order. I got a negative feedback on that card, and had to straighten it out with the card issuer before I could use it again. I'm pretty sure that I had not "pushed the final button" to complete the order from my end.
Otherwise, I couldn't be more pleased with my new vest.
