The service, packaging (including gift wrap) & delivery were perfect.
However, there were a couple of imperfections on the actual product ( Clan Crest 3in. Pewter Quaich With Gold Coloured Trim Clan: Munro) .
The stamp on the bottom of the Quaich was feint on one side.
