I recently purchased three mousepads and a mobile phone cover. The items duly arrived this morning after approx three weeks (I'm in Australia). The quality of the items was high and I am satisfied with them. The only issue I have with my order is that from the point of ordering to the delivery I had no idea where the order was in the process. I could find nothing on your website to show that I had, in fact, placed an order at all. I think it would improve your process if an order history was included on the site.
