This was my first experience with Scots Clans and I had gotten a late start on getting my wife's Clan Lamont purse and pendent. I forgot about until a week before her Birthday and I sent an email to check on its progress. When I checked my email the following day there was a response from Amanda giving me all the particulars. I'm very old-fashioned and grew in a time when customer service was paramount in sales and that's why I appreciated the quick response and why I wanted to acknowledge Amanda's getting back to me so quickly.
