My son really lives the tie I ordered for him for his birthday. I did have to contact them regarding my order and they responded very quickly. The tie is beautifully made and I would certainly order from ScotClans again. Since I am in the U.S.; it was processed quickly and delivered promptly when the tie was ready from the mill.
