Overall, the quality of the product and the customer service is wonderful. There was some lag time (1-2 days) between order and shipment with no communication about shipping, until I contacted ScotClans. The issue was resolved immediately, and I received my order in a very short period of time. My order was a Christmas gift, and I was thrilled with the packaging. I will return as a customer!
