I ordered 2 ties & a money clip. When I hadn't received them when I expected to I emailed Scotclans who very quickly replied explaining that one of the ties was being made, I explained that these were for Xmas / b'day presents & so could they send the other 2 items separately but fortunately the tie was ready so all arrived in plenty of time! Great communication & service, very pleased with quality of products & my husband was over the moon with his money clip! Thanks, will definitely use again!
