I ordered a Christmas present on November 5th. It was mailed December 9th. I did not receive it until the second week of January. When I FINALLY received it, it was wrong. While other e-mails were promptly answered, the one about the order being wrong has gone completely ignored. I ordered the hat and scarf set but received the hat and tie set which appears to be less money. I am not happy. UPDATE: I was just contacted by their customer service and they have made amends. Thank you Scotclans. I have upgraded my customer experience rating.
