Because I make an effort to support small, ethical companies and this was a specialized product, I hesitate to give the rating as poor. It may be a matter of custom or culture but I found the time between the placing the order and receiving the order very long (Oct.1- March 13) however; it was mostly the fact that it was Feb.20 before I received an answer regarding the order after 3 inquiries that bothered me the most. I appreciated the further email on the 21st and then the 28th notifying me the scarf had been sent. I received it 2 weeks later. The scarf itself is beautiful and was happily received by my 91 year old Auntie. It had been meant as Christmas present and so I thought ordering it the first of October would ensure it would arrive by that time. I would order again but I would do so when time was not a crucial factor and in fact we are visiting the area on May 10 and are looking forward to visiting the store. Regards, Wendy Wright
