I ordered my clan tartan sash for an event. I emailed twice requesting an expedited delivery as the website gave a range of dates it would be delivered by, the earliest of which would be in time. I did not get a response, which was the only negative in my transaction with Scotsclans. I emailed again a week or so later, dealing with very helpful staff. My order was not going to arrive in time no matter what I paid. However, the lovely lady I dealt with had some of my clan tartan in a different fabric and she ran up a sash on a Weekend and dispatched it on Monday, so it arrived the afternoon before my function. I was very happy with the sash and very happy with the service.
