My dad and I both LOVED the product. Very well crafted and packed for shipping. The only reason I give 4 stars is because I inquired about a tracking number for my order and the lady was kinda rude with me. I am new to online shopping and did not realize that in some cases one has to purchase one. Otherwise we are extremely satisfied with our new heirloom. Thank you Scotsclans!
