Only giving 1 as 0 wasn't an option
Ordered in March, received the item in June.
Horrendously bad communication
Was hilarious charged £5.90 expidited shipping (as I was hoping to get the item the next day if possible as it was for a present). I emailed some time April or may to say don't charge me for expidited shipping but like several other emails, there was no reply to this (despite your website saying this is your preferred method of communication)
