I contacted customer service as I checked out an item on the website and when I ordered it a few weeks later the price had increased. I was contacted immediately and the issue resolved with an apology and refund of slightly more than the increase. I was also very happy with the item I purchased an would recommend ScotClans to anyone looking for the type of merchandise they sell.
