Great communication with me, I had several questions and all were answered quickly, by friendly staff. Was a little concerned buying a product from Scotland, living in Canada, but I had no cause for worry. Shipped quickly, was exactly what I payed for. A tad expensive, and the cloth wasnt as soft or thick as I would have preferred, but it is a beautiful piece and I believe one I can wear for years
