Excellent customer service. The only suggestion that I would make is to note on the site that international orders take approximately one month to receive. I might’ve missed it on the site, but didn’t notice it… However, when I reached out to customer service to find out the status of my order, they responded within 24 hours. I also never received an email with tracking information, but again customer service was extremely informative when I reached out. This is a beautiful try, and I’m so excited to give it as a Gift this Christmas to my brother-in-law.
