You have amazing customer service, and the quality of your products is wonderful. The only thing that may help would be to let customers know that there will be additional charges upon delivery. I had thought that the duty ant fees were included in my shipping cost, but there was an additional 18$ CAD upon delivery. Other than that the shopping experience was great and your site is very user friendly. Keep up the great work.
