Everything went smoothly. In addition, I love, love, love the cell phone case. I got the MacPherson tartan with clan badge. It is perfect. Clear image and colours. I would rate it 15 out of 10. While walking with it through the grocery store (had shopping list on it) I was thinking, "I bet I'm the only person in the whole Austin area with one of these." hee, hee.
