Prompt responses to email queries. Although there was a mix up in what I'd ordered,(lightweight scarf ordered, but heavier lambswool scarf was made), I was notified immediately and asked if the heavier scarf was acceptable. I said yes and I'm very satisfied with that scarf and the brooch I ordered. Both items are of quality material and craftsmanship.
