Second order in and nothing has changed, if anything its improved! My first was to kit me out for my wedding and after some excellent advice, excellent worksmanship and timely delivery (coupled with patience... I am an English man after all!) I very nearly, and continue to almost match my beautiful wife! Second order was for "Wee Morag" , a Sgian Dubh and customised Clan print which again were fantastic products (Morag is rediculously soft!), quickly delivered and with customer service that is second to none. This occasion was to help deliver the news to my mum (the Scottish connection) that she was to become a Nanna, which went brilliantly. Long and the short is, having relied on the team at Scotclans for two of the biggest moments in my life so far there is no-one I could recommend more!
