I ordered something November 20th for Christmas and as of today, January 11th, it still has not been received. The company continues to write me back saying the item can not be tracked because of the type of shipping I chose but I was not made aware of this at check out and had no idea. Very disappointing service and follow up. If I do not receive the item soon I will be contacting pay pal for a refund. I am a patient person, but the response I got yesterday from the company was just plain rude. My father received the items he ordered right after Christmas (he ordered November 15th) and he lives in the same town as me. I asked for help finding the item and received a message back that basically equated to "screw you, can't help you."
