Very responsive and polite, however needed item for Christmas and Fed Ex let us down. Our grandson was without the vest we had especially ordered for him for the Christmas Eve celebration. The vest is perfect but the last minute timing for the delivery was disappointing and having it not arrive in time was especially sad.
