I wanted a family-appropriate tartan scarf for a Burns' supper. Having left insufficient time for this to be available from the manufacturer, I 'phoned the ScotClans helpline and the pleasant woman who took my call said she would 'do her best'. In the nick of time my scarf (and scarf ring) arrived. Beautiful products, timely and friendly service.
