I ordered a bodysuit for my baby daughter (standard airmail to Canada). Two months later, when it still hadn't arrived, I started to worry it was lost in the mail - and that even if it did arrive, it would be too small as babies grow so quickly. I emailed ScotClans, and received a very kind offer of a replacement bodysuit, at no charge. A couple of weeks later, the original order arrived. The bodysuit is lovely and well made.
