Saw just the tie I wanted on website but was concerned it might not be available in time for a planned event. Emailed enquiry quite late one evening and was pleasantly surprised to get an immediate response which assured me that my delivery deadline would be met. Went ahead with order and tie duly arrived in plenty of time. Great product and superb service.
