Absolutely amazing service, receipts high quality bear within the necessary time frame. As it was a birthday present, I contacted the team asking for it to be delivered by a certain date. Unfortunately, they had sold out of the bear I wanted, but upgraded my order to another bear, which was absolutely beautiful! And it arrived on time! Thank you!
