I recently purchased 4 items from scotclans.com. I gave 2 stars because I received 3 of those items and I liked then very much.
Unfortunately, the main reason why I placed an order, a handkerchief with a thistle embroidered on it, was no longer available. I was charged for this item, promised a refund an I still have not received that refund! On top of that, my credit card was charged international fees for that item.
