my first contact with scotclans was over the phone with Nicki and I could tell immediately that she knew all about the products I was looking for and offered good advice in a genuinely friendly manner. when I received the clan crest badge I was impressed with the quality (and speed of delivery) so I got back in touch with nicki and ordered the matching cuff links.
