I was most happy with the purchase of a clan Macrae sweat shirt .... but was disappointed that my emails enquiring when I may expect delivery were not answered. This is especially important with a first purchase from a firm not previously dealt with, and being an overseas transaction as well. Would be happy to order on another occasion though, as it finally turned out. Communication is important.
