I had ordered a couple of items for Christmas gifts. One being a mug. When the package arrived the mug was broken due to being handled roughly by the shipping companies it had to go through to get to the United States. I sent an email and explained my plight. Scotclans was very gracious and took care of me. The sent a new mug and it arrived in perfect condition. Scotclans has been wonderful to work with. Thank you for putting the customer first!
