I was very please with the service and product from the Scotclans. I waited and left a very tight time frame ordering 3 Christmas present's in November. I had e-mailed the ScotsClan and let them know I was hoping to have them for presents. I had received noticed early December that the package was shipping out of Edinburgh. I received the package two days later in Canada. I am very happy with the quality of products as well. The material and colors are beautiful! Everyone was very very happy!
