Both my kilt and the customer service from ScotClans are absolutely stellar! As I contemplated spending so much money on a proper kilt, I had many, many questions, and Nikki answered each one very clearly (and very patiently!) within 24 hours. After much hemming and hawing and dithering and dallying I finally placed my order one evening -- and as soon as I got the confirmation, I realised I had somehow managed to click the wrong button for the size! In a panic, I emailed customer service asking that they pleasepleaseplease make the kilt in a different size than what I had actually ordered. Early the next morning Roger emailed me to say that he had changed the size on my order and all was well. Since receiving my kilt, I have been ecstatic -- it fits like a charm and feels amazing, and the quality of the stitching is absolutely perfect. This kilt truly will be a lifetime legacy. I am SO happy with my kilt -- and I am already saving up for another.
