Ordered an item for Christmas. Unfortunately, as things like this happen this time of year, the initial order was out of stock. I was contacted within 24 hours of placing the order and offered an alternative which was actually a better choice than my initial order! The gift was received and the recipient was thrilled with the gift! I will absolutely be ordering with this company again.
