What a great experience. I bought a fleece jacket and some tartan flip flops for my husband's birthday. Both items arrived a little sooner than expected (you need to factor in manufacture for personalised items) and the jacket was perfect. The flip flops had a manufacturing issue, so I emailed the support people with a photo of the problem, got a same day response and new flip flops were despatched without a requirement for me to do anything further. They've arrived now and are perfect. Thank you so much! My only advice to shoppers is to go up a size (I did) as both the jacket and flip flops sizing were on the small side.
