I was disappointed in the customer service having been promised that my telephone order would be delivered in time for a special occasion and having paid extra for first class delivery. The order did not arrive until 10 days after the event and had I not queried the delay there would have been no communication or follow-up from ScotClans. It was also disappointing not to have received an apology.
