I ordered a family plaque [LESLIE] for my son for his 50th birthday and was very impressed with the product supplied. The quality far surpasses the "photo image" that I was to select from and this is a pleasant surprise as you would expect the image to be great, but not necessary the product.
This item was shipped to Canada, but the protective packaging by the shipper ensured that the plaque was undamaged including the inner box the plaque was in. I would happily purchase from "ScotClans" again.
