Product was great, as expected. Shipping was long but at no fault of ScotClans, as the distance between Scotland and Australia is just large. Information given by ScotClans on item info, as well as clan history was fantastic. Status of order was a little unclear at times - I wasn't certain if the item had been shipped yet for quite some time, and the tracking system didn't work for me (though I'm not sure if that's necessarily in the control of ScotClans. But otherwise, absolutely satisfied with the product.
