First off, I’d like to say the product is amazing! Initially, I did not receive a confirmation e-mail. I had checked my spam folder to see if it had went there but it was not there. To ScotClans credit they sent me a confirmation e-mail after I contacted them by e-mail. Other than that small issue it was a smooth purchase. My only other recommendation would be that ScotClans send a tracking # e-mail so that purchasers can track their item/items. Finally, I’d definitely buy from ScotClans again.
