When the order was complete, she sent me several pictures of the process, which we thoroughly enjoyed seeing. She provided the shipping tracking information as well. The only thing we would have liked to have had when we received the kilt was a note to explain the thread in the pleats. However Rodger was very quick to respond to my inquiry.
