I ordered and paid for my Clan Sutherland plaque on 20 January 2020, and it was delivered to my address in Queensland, Australia on 4 February 2020 - only 15 days, which was wonderful. And it was in good condition when I opened the package.
The only problem I found was with the Royal Mail tracking service. It was woefully out of date every time I checked it, and was therefore not much help at all.
