My mum moved house in March 21 and here we are in July 21 and they've still not updated her records.
I have helped her write two letters and filled in two Change of Address online forms all of which have been ignored. Called once and was stuck on hold for 45mins listening to automated messages and music, FOS complaint now made.
An utter despicable way to treat a pensioner. If they cannot deal with a simple change of address request then pray they don't have your money invested!
