Avoid this company at all costs.
Waiting for my late fathers policy payout and been told so many excuses.
was firstly told 56 days till payment and after today's telephone call to them they apparently have a covid back office out break!!!!!!
So now lead time for payout is 75 days.
utterly disgusting to deal with grieving relatives in this way.
in the meantime DD payments are still being made to them.
I have read plenty of reviews for Scottish Widows and none are very good.
