Service was quick and easy but as someone who has never scrapped a car before there wasn't much guidance. I have tried to cancel my road tax but because they took the log book I cannot do this. When I emailed them to ask about it, I got a reply saying it had been sorted. However I am still struggling to actually sort it and getting emails from the dvla saying I need to mot and insure my car for the tax renewal. It's very frustrating!
