Awful company! Jason who contacted me was rude and aggressive. I had arranged for the car to be collected, no one showed up so I rang Jason and he said the driver tried to call (I had no voicemails). No apology, no assistance, nothing! He then did not reply to messages or calls. I then managed to get through and explained my disappointment he continued to blame me and told me he didn’t want my business. No one told me I had to answer an unknown caller for my car to be collected - I’m meant to be read their minds apparently!!! . Had a lucky escape from the reviews here and elsewhere. AVOID AVOID AVOID !! He was so rude he actually upset me. Can’t believe the level of customer service, never have I experienced anything like it!
