I had my appointment booked in for 08:30 this morning, I received a confirmation call the day before and Ian arrived exactly on time.
I was having the Heated screen replaced on my Mondeo, Ian was very professional and obviously takes pride in his work ensuring everything was completed to a high standard.
I would highly recommend Screen-Tec windscreens.
