Big fan of IKEA. Unfortunately my last visit was not so good . Purchased a kitchen dresser while the girl who dealt with us was pleasant & sufficient when it came to paying it was a night mare . Ask for manager who seemed to want to sort the problem from his office over the phone.. Took well over one hour at checkout dont usually complain, costumers service very poor. To the manager of the Belfast store honestly I'm not a bad person was never going to bit you. Only wanted problem solved. ðŸ˜
