They are scam artists. I have had 2 claims in the past 6 months. The septic pump in the basement and my furnace. After paying the 100.00 deductible each time I get a call on each saying they are not covered. On top of that the company that came tried to sell me a new furnace instead of fixing it. I have a whole house warranty and these are supposed to be covered. I looked through my paperwork and in tiny little letters it says all parts may not be covered. There is no list so they just say "this isn't covered under our warranty".. Don't fall for their scam.
