AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I have never been spoken to in such a terrible manner in my whole life! I rang to change my booking after Covid meant it was cancelled and not only were we flatly refused a refund or to change our date (our preferred option) but the woman on the phone was an absolute monster! To call her rude would be an incredible compliment - you only need to look at Trip Advisor! She then hung up on me and has refused to take any further calls. I reported the business as a scam when I applied for a credit card refund to reclaim my money from this horrendous company. I refuse to let them keep a penny! They don't deserve it!
