The booking process was flawless, thank you. The yacht charter company was not so flawless! Although I had paid all fees requested in advance, when I arrived at the charter company 'base' in Greece their agent insisted that I must pay a fee to use their outboard dinghy motor. This was never mentioned in the booking process with Sebastus, and I objected strongly to this demand - as never in 16 years of chartering yachts have I been asked to pay extra for an essential part of the experience. I did not pay - they reluctantly gave me the outboard motor rather than risk a bad review. This uncomfortable exchange was unnecessary and would not have occurred if the details from Sebastus had mirrored the requirements of the charter company (Noimicos). Everything else - very good.
