We had second to none Blinds out and the initial consultation went really well and we felt very relaxed about ordering our blinds with them. On the day of the blinds being fitted when I came in from work I noticed a really deep scratch down my new fridge freezer (I only moved into my house 5 days before and had my fridge freezer 3 days) I reported this to the office and the fitter who came out to fit the blinds called myself and asked me about the scratch on my fridge freezer where when explaining the scratch I received a load of abuse down the phone, I repeatedly asked the fitted if he could ring my partner as I didn't want to deal with it as he spoke to me with no respect! I then told the fitter that I would like the manager / boss to ring my partner. After waiting a week for the manager to ring my partner he got another fitter out to have a look at the scratch on my fridge freezer where I got told that they hadn't done it, I feel very upset and angry towards this as when i left for work there wasn't a mark on it. The fridge freezer and the blinds where not cheap and I have received poor customer service. I would not recommended this company they act all lovely and very professional until they have got the money of yourselves then the customer service just goes completely. Go somewhere else for your blinds you might not have your furniture damaged and have better customer service.
