Like many people we are unable to travel due to government policy during the coronavirus outbreak. The hotel have cancelled the booking and cannot offer alternative dates. Secret Escapes have refused to refund the money and either ignored us or sent us round in circles whilst ignoring their own refund policy. This company is making a profit from dishonesty during a worldwide health pandemic. Their actions are disgusting and they do not deserve our custom ever again.
